Cosmos has unveiled a range of UK "stay and explore" escorted tours, exploring the length and breadth of the country from the Channel Islands to the Scottish Highlands.
The operator said the launch came in response to increased demand from customers for more one-stop escorted tours that didn’t involve flying or moving between hotels.
It said the range had been designed to discover "the very best" the UK has to offer, with guests touring top staycation spots while remaining based at a centrally located four-star hotel.
Stay and explore tours are limited to an average of 24 guests to ensure social distancing; they include excursions, free time, and the services of a tour director and local guides.
Itineraries include the six-day Heart of England tour, which leads in from £559pp departing 18 April 2021 and focuses on exploring home of Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as the Cotswolds, Warwick and Oxford.
Other itineraries include the York-based Yorkshire Explorer (six days from £585pp departing 18 April 2021), Inverness-based Scottish Highland Explorer (six days from £635pp departing 18 April 2021) and St Helier-based Jersey Island Discovery (six days £679pp departing 18 April 2021).
Some departures also feature no single supplements.
