EasyJet has appointed Neil Slaven its new UK chief.
The low-carrier has promoted Slaven to country director UK.
He took up the role on Friday (March 1).
Slaven joined easyJet in 2011 and has worked in a variety of roles across the airline’s network development and airport procurement divisions.
He has also been tasked with overseeing easyJet’s commercial operations in London.
He will work with teams across the airline’s 11 UK bases and will report to group markets director, Thomas Haagensen.
“Neil has a wealth of knowledge of easyJet, especially in the UK market, and has a track record in delivering commercially focused improvements,” said Haagensen.
“I’m delighted he will bring this experience to this key UK role.”
