Six police officers have been killed and three others wounded in a bombing near to the pyramids in Cairo.
Four bystanders were injured as a result of the blast, which targeted a police security checkpoint in the Egyptian capital today (December 9).
The bomb exploded in Al Haram street – the main avenue leading from the city centre to the Giza pyramids, Mail Online reports.
