The record-breaking month was recorded at all six of Emirates’ UK gateways, with a combined total of more than 140,000 passengers flying out of Heathrow and Gatwick.
Figures also reported more than 48,000 travelling with the carrier from Manchester, 40,000 from Birmingham, 22,000 from Glasgow and 12,000 from Newcastle.
Dubai was the most popular final destination for Emirates travellers flying from the UK last month, followed by onward destinations of Bangkok, Phuket, Mauritius, Maldives and Bali.
The airline’s record month comes as it celebrates its 30th year of operations in the UK after announcing that it is “on track” to carry five million passengers between the UK and Dubai in the 2017-18 financial year.
Laurie Berryman, vice-president UK of Emirates, said: “July has been a phenomenal month for us across all our gateways - showing the nationwide appeal of our services and the growing importance of our regional hubs.
“With 265,000 passengers carried in the UK and 30 successful years under our belts, we look forward to the future and more records being smashed.”
