The Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT) is partnering with reviews and customer insights technology company Feefo to bring members access to “unique data insights and customer experience expertise”.
This will be delivered as bespoke content and statistics via video, podcast and audio and speeches at special events, including the annual ITT Conference scheduled for Istanbul in June.

“Feefo will bring us highly valuable insights and data as the industry prepares to revitalise.
“It is essential we use data to understand how customers feel about every aspect of travel and hospitality services. Our members are primarily the senior decision-makers within the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors and that makes us unique.”
