Tingley, who has worked for the company for six years and was most recently the line’s specialist sales account manager, will take up the new position with immediate effect.
She will deliver trade training and work with agencies at regional, branch and homeworking levels alongside Fred Olsen’s account managers and trade marketing team.
Tingley said the role will "complement all the great work the sales and marketing teams are already doing", while allowing the brand to "delve deeper" with its trade partners.
"I feel passionately about the experiences our smaller ships allow us to offer our guests, both onboard and ashore, and I can’t wait to share more on this with our agents and help bring The Olsen Way to life," she added.
