The property, on Bath Road, to the northern side of the airport, is known as the Holiday Inn London – Heathrow Ariel.
The Independent reports the hotel has been block-booked “until March at the earliest”, with guests having been transferred to nearby sister hotels.
A spokesperson for the hotel told the newspaper there had been no cases of coronavirus at the hotel but confirmed it was closed.
Last Saturday, a United Airlines flight from San Francisco was held on a remote stand at Heathrow while a passenger suspected of having the virus was isolated.
