Surrey Police said officers were called to an unlicensed music event in Dorking on Saturday, with around 500 people removed by 2am.
The premises was One Dorking Office Park, close to Dorking West station, which Kuoni is due to move into next June.
No arrests were made following the incident, but sound equipment was seized and a police helicopter was called in to help disperse the crowds, the Mail Online reports.
Derek Jones, chief executive UK, Der Touristik Group (Kuoni’s parent) said: “Kuoni hasn’t yet taken possession of the building, we’re planning to move from our current location at Kuoni House in the spring of next year.
“We have spoken with the Landlord who has informed us that the level of damage caused was minimal.
“We’re extremely grateful to the Surrey Police for their quick response to the incident.
“We love being in Dorking. We’ve been based here for 40 years and we plan to be here for many years to come.”
Jones seemed to see the funny side of the situation, posting a series of lighthearted tweets on Twitter.

He concluded: “This is the first time we’ve hosted the town rave - and hopefully the last!”
