Holiday Planet, which is based in Perth, has been trading for almost 17 years, offering a range of holidays through Holiday Planet, Cruise Planet, Flight Planet and Seniors Planet.
Cruise and stay operator Imagine Cruising, which is 51%-owned by dnata began trading in Brisbane, Australia in November last year, having been launched in 2011. It has a head office in the UK, as well as international offices in Cape Town, Dubai.
Robin Deller said: “We have seen considerable success since launching Imagine Cruising in the booming Australian cruise market. Holiday Planet is an excellent fit to Imagine Cruising as we look to grow further in Australia.”
