Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have recommenced flights and holidays for summer 2020.
Almost 50 flights departed on Wednesday (15 July) from across Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow Newcastle and Stansted to destinations including the Canaries, Balearics, Turkey and Greece.
Flights will restart from Belfast International and Edinburgh on 16 July and 18 July.
The package holiday specialist will operate to 44 destinations this summer and is set to recommence services to Cyprus and Portugal on 1 August, with flights planned to Larnaca, Paphos, Faro, Madeira and Lisbon.
Other returns include the city break hotspots of Barcelona, Prague, Rome, Naples, Krakow and Amsterdam in September.
Jet2holidays released a video last week outlining new Covid-19 health and hygiene measures it will be employing to keep passengers and guests safe.
