The area became the first in the UK to be put under a localised coronavirus lockdown due to its rising Covid infection rate, with a ban on non-essential travel imposed.
In an update issued to trade partners, Hoseasons said residents who were booked to stay at its properties before 14 July would be given the option to transfer their booking or receive a cash refund.
A list of postcodes accompanied the message to help show which areas the lockdown applied to.
“The safety of our guests, owners and employees is of upmost importance to us,” Hoseasons said.
"If your customer would like to transfer their dates please contact our call centre teams on 0345 498 6060. If you customer would like a cash refund please contact our teams to request on 0345 498 6594," the company added.
