The company currently operates two models - a traditional homeworking model and a hybrid model, where sales leads are provided.
The new recruitment campaign comes after the company reportedly saw "record-breaking sales" during July, August and September and will involve a combination of public relations activity, social media and open days.
The firm will offer 50% commission in advance as a way to help and support new recruits as the industry "recovers from the challenges of the pandemic".
The group is now seeking an in-house sales team of 10 to support its homeworking hybrid model, with its first five starters joining later this month.
Earlier this year, Inspire appointed Lorna Hardy as sales and recruitment manager to support its team of homeworkers in growing and developing their businesses, as well as help recruit new employees to the company.
Lisa Henning, managing director of the Inspire Group, said the company has been building on the "strong foundations" of its homeworking business over the past few months.
"It’s all about offering the right package of benefits together with first-class support services," she added.
"We believe in providing our homeworkers with an infrastructure that allows them to flourish as business owners, whilst working in an environment where they feel valued and cared for".
On the decision to rebrand, Henning said the company felt as if the original title was no longer appropriate due to the majority of the firm becoming homeworkers during the pandemic.
"After consulting with the existing team, we chose the new name, Inspire Travel Associates, as we feel it perfectly reflects their position as independent business owners, yet also speaks of their relationship and partnership with Inspire," Henning continued.
