Fifty-one year old Oliver Park had reportedly ignored safety signs and warnings from wardens and went into a restricted area near the edge of a cliff on Wednesday, according to officials.
He reportedly attempted to pose for a photograph of himself leaping as if in flight, but then lost his footing.
The body was found on Thursday by rescuers, and taken to a local police station. His body will now be taken to a morgue in the city of Cusco.
