The suicide attack occurred at the end of a concert by US musician Ariana Grande, with multiple children confirmed among the dead and injured.
As TTG went to press, Super Break had Ariana Grande concert packages on sale and was awaiting official confirmation following reports the singer was looking to suspend her remaining European dates.
A Super Break spokesperson said: “As always, Super Break’s immediate thoughts are for those people who lost their lives or were injured in the events.”
Agents were able to amend or cancel bookings for customers due to stay in Manchester before Saturday (May 27) free of charge, as long as the operator was notified by close of play on Wednesday (May 24).
A Manchester airport spokesperson said: “Following this devastating incident… while we have no information to suggest any further threat at this time, as always, we ask that passengers remain vigilant… we will work closely with GMP (Greater Manchester Police) and other agencies to ensure this.”
