The UK terror threat level has been lowered to severe from the highest point of critical over the weekend.
The threat had been placed at its highest level in the wake of the attack on a tube train in west London.
However, following the arrest of two men over the weekend, the threat level has been downgraded, meaning while an attack is no longer imminent it is still highly likely.
