The Sky High Club portal, known as The Hangar, covers cabin classes, codeshares, details of the carrier’s route network and its joint venture with Delta Air Lines and other partners.

Agents who complete modules will earn Sky High Points redeemable on flights and other rewards. Those who complete three training modules by 30 September will be entered into a £250 Sky High Points prize draw.
Virgin said the new portal will be “more rewarding than ever before with more perks, points and recognition from exclusive lunches to award invites”.
Meanwhile, Virgin has detailed changes to winter schedules, including a 50% increase in seat capacity to Dubai. The carrier will operate larger Airbus A350s on the route following a 72% surge in demand.
Virgin’s Cape Town route will see a 15% capacity jump, with an extended season that runs from October to April. Virgin said bookings to the destionation were up by 38% compared with 2024.
Virgin will also return to Cancun from 19 October after a six-year absence, operating the route from Heathrow three times a week.
