Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection, Florence, the first Italian property of the Auberge Collection portfolio, which once served as an elite boarding school for over a century before its closing, announces its special collaboration with Vivoli, the family-owned, historic Florentine gelateria founded in 1929. The summer long collaboration is part of Auberge Collection's 'Summer Together’ campaign, a curated global initiative designed to bring families and friends together through highly personalised, locale-inspired luxury and unique experiences. Through this collaboration, Collegio alla Querce has been reimagined into a contemporary urban-meets-Tuscan retreat.

A symbol of summer enjoyment for generations, the partnership with Vivoli brings the rich heritage of Florence’s oldest and most beloved gelateria directly to the hotel through an exclusive summer pop-up entitled "The Gelato Atelier." Running from June through September at Collegio alla Querce’s Pool Terrace, this collaboration features a bespoke poolside gelato cart serving Vivoli's signature artisanal flavours daily. Central to the collaboration is the offering of Vivoli’s timeless affogato ritual, where premium gelato is finished with a pour of perfectly warm espresso, alongside interactive, hands-on moments where the hotel's Chef helps children decorate their own gelato creations with custom toppings. Available exclusively to hotel guests with no advanced reservations required, this activation seamlessly blends a legendary Florentine culinary tradition with the relaxed, simple pleasures of an authentic Italian summer by the pool.

The Vivoli offerings will be incorporated into the menu of Il Bosco, Collegio alla Querce’s brand new seasonal dining destination immersed in the historic estate’s olive groves and terraced gardens.
