The operator said a clamour for "low hassle" and "lower impact" options had resulting in sales for ski holidays by rail almost doubling year-on-year (+90%).
Packages featuring Eurostar rail services are now available to Courcheval, Meribel, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, La Plagne and La Rosiere, and are available for a month longer than they were last year.
This year's ski train programme runs from 20 December to 28 March 2026 travelling from London's St Pancras International station to Bourg-Saint-Maurice via a change at Lille, with onward transfers to Inghams resorts.
Besides the six new resorts, Inghams ski train packages – which sold out last year – will continue to be available to the Val d'Isere, Tignes and Les Arcs ski areas.
In total, Inghams is offering 80 ski destinations across eight countries this winter, including new resorts in Norway, Finland, Switzerland and Italy.
It has also added new accommodation options in a handful of Italian resorts, as well as in several others in France, Austria, Switzerland and Canada.
John Mansell, Inghams' managing director, said there were "great deals still to be had" on Christmas and new year holidays.
He added: "There has also never been a better time to visit the slopes by train – we’ve seen a huge increase year-on-year for these holidays, and we already have limited availability left on our Eurostar snow train packages."
A seven-night stay at Hameau de Borsat Apartments in Tignes on a self-catering basis departing 7 March 2026 from London St Pancras (Eurostar) leads in from £999pp based on two adults sharing, inclusive of all trains and transfers.
