Vishal, who has worked for Travelpack for more than 20 years, will assume control of the "full strategic direction of the business", working alongside his father Ashok, who is the trade-first operator's Chair.
In his new role, Vishal will lead on a three-point strategic growth plan, which includes a pledge to strengthen Travelpack's ties with the trade.
Travelpack said Vishal had played an instrumental role in the business's commercial growth and leading its "aggressive" expansion strategy.
Focuses will include accelerating Travelpack's digital transformation, scaling global trade partnerships, and bringing forward AI-powered tools for the operator's trade partners.
