Beer brand Corona has launched an online travel hub aiming to inspire Brits to discover their “local paradise” and holiday in the UK.
Created in partnership with travel planning site Culture Trip, the Rediscover Paradise platform highlights 30 British nature spots to visit and explore.
Corona will showcase the UK’s value as a holiday hotspot through a new content series and interactive map.
Culture Trip reported a rise of almost 50% in month-on-month searches for domestic holidays from June to July – with the UK currently the most-searched destination within its British audience.
The Rediscover Paradise campaign will also be backed through TV and digital advertising and a supermarket promotion to win hundreds of UK staycations.
Liz Hemus, marketing manager at Corona, said: “After months of lockdown we want to inspire people to get out, disconnect and explore – safely, and with care.
“Our Rediscover Paradise platform has been established to encourage people to safely take that first step in getting back to travel, starting with discovering the beauty of the UK.”
