Emirates has launched a brand new trade portal, promising "critical operational updates" 24/7.
The platform has been tailored for different markets, and designed as a "one-stop shop" for trade partners.
It offers "quick and secure" access to information on Emirates’ latest products, services and policies, as well as technical support.
There are also self-service tools and support, and built-in automation features for certain business processes.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ chief commercial officer, said the carrier had "invested in listening to agents and partners" to better serve and engage with them.
He said the platform would allow Emirates to offer agents "a truly personalised experience", based on their needs.
"We built the Emirates Partner Portal to address their needs whether for information, training or technical support," said Kazim.
"We are grateful for our partnership with trade communities around the world and are excited to engage and support them through this new platform."
The new platform is built on NDC and Iata standards, offering access to Emirates content and "critical operational updates 24/7, as well as other Emirates platforms such as Dubai Experience.
Emirates added registration and enrolment for the new portal is "quick and secure", and linked to each agent’s Emirates registered identification.
