Simon Owen will oversee Travel 2’s centre in Glasgow and Adrian James Gold Medal’s in Preston, both as head of sales, with responsibility for all call centre sales operations.
Owen brings more than 25 years’ experience in travel, 10 with Gold Medal, while James has 20 years’ experience in the sector, 14 with Gold Medal.
Meanwhile, dnata has promoted Felice Bretman to head of customer experience having previously held the role of business manager worldwide reservations at Travel 2 during which time she played an “instrumental” role in its success.
In her new global role, Bretman will work on various initiatives designed to further improve the organisation’s customer interaction.
