The new offering also features hotels and itinerary ideas across the Indian Ocean, Arabia, the Caribbean, Far East, Africa, North America and Australasia, as well as luxury cruise itineraries and multi-centre suggestions.
The tour operator reported that luxury bookings have been its fastest growing sector since travel restrictions began to be lifted last month.
In September, they were reportedly 66% higher compared to August - with Dubai, Barbados, Mauritius, and the Maldives having performed the best. Nearly half (46%) of the luxury bookings taken were for departure in 2021.
The new Pure Luxury brochure is 224 pages in length and exclusively features 5-star and above hotels, chosen by Gold Medal’s destination managers based on their luxury offering.
New properties include Yasewa Island Resort & Spa in Fiji, the Niyama Private Islands in the Maldives, the Address Beach Resort and Sofitel Dubai, The Obelisk in the UAE, and the Ritz Carlton Sarasota in Florida.
The brochure also introduces Europe as a standalone product for the first time. New properties include the Royal River Luxury Hotel, Costa Adeje Tenerife, Santa Eulalia and Hotel Aguas de Ibiza, Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti in Italy and the Mykonos Blu Grecotel Boutique Resort, Psarous Beach in Greece.
Gold Medal managing director Lisa McAuley said it is "very exciting" to see the growth in demand for "longer and more luxurious stays".
"It’s great that we’ve been able to put our new Pure Luxury brochure in the hands of agents just as we’re seeing a strong uptick in demand in luxury bookings," she added.
"We’re very proud of this one and are delighted with how it looks and the depth of the product on offer."
