The form will cease to be a requirement for those entering the country from 15 March, breaking down another barrier to travel before Easter and the summer season.
It is the latest significant development in efforts across Europe to ease travel restrictions.
Greek tourism minister Vassilis Kikilias confirmed the decision on Thursday (3 March).
In addition, starting on Saturday (5 March), face coverings will no longer be required in outdoor spaces in Greece.
The Foreign Office acknowledged the impending changes in an update to its travel advice for Greece on Friday.
"From 15 March 2022 onwards, arrivals in Greece will no longer be required to complete a PLF," said the FCDO.
Fully vaccinated arrivals can enter the Greece without restrictions providing they can prove their Covid status.
This can be done by showing any one of: a valid vaccination certificate; a valid Covid-19 recovery certificate; proof of a negative PCR test taken up to 72 hours prior to arrival; or proof of a negative antigen test taken up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
