Holidaysplease is to launch a homeworker support fund worth £100,000 to help its agents facing financial difficulty in the coming months.
All Holidaysplease homeworkers will be eligible to apply and any amounts allocated will be based on the personal circumstances for each homeworker.
The luxury specialist agency celebrated growing its network of home-based agents to 103 in November.
Director Charles Duncombe said due to an increased number of customer refunds amid the coronavirus pandemic, “some homeworkers are finding commission we have previously advanced them is having to be clawed back”.
Duncombe added the company had created the fund “to help alleviate this and show our team that we are committed to them through thick and thin”.
