The training is designed to help agents maximise cruise sales across RCL’s brands as the world emerges from the coronavirus crisis.
The six modules cover science, psychology and change management, and also include teaching on the effects of previous crises and recessions.
Training modules are interactive, and video-led. RCL expects the programme to take around 90 minutes to complete.
Its key takeaways are applicable to sales of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and Silversea product.
Ben Bouldin, RCL vice-president EMEA, said: “When we launched [RCL Cares], we promised we would – over time – update the hub with group news and additional support measures, in line with the ever-changing economic and political landscape.
"In just eight weeks, we’ve already launched two content updates – ‘Selling beyond Covid-19’ and a selection of guidance and advice from our partner everywoman.
We hope this reinforces our ongoing commitment to our invaluable trade partners as we look forward to introducing even more relevant and timely content to our RCL Cares platform over the next few months."
