TTG Media’s annual hunt for the nation’s best travel agencies kicks off this week as we launch TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies 2018.
High street branches and other agencies in the UK and Ireland are invited to register for the scheme, now in its third year, which recognises excellence in customer service, business performance and community engagement.
The influential list comprises 12 regional high street categories and six nationwide businesses. All travel agencies need to do to take part is register on ttgtop50.com by November 3. They will then be rated by a panel of more than 40 suppliers to choose the shortlist. All shortlisted high street branches will be visited by a TTG journalist in early 2018, while shortlisted nationwide agencies will face a video-call interview.
The selected 50 will be announced at a glamorous ceremony on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at The Vox at Resorts World Birmingham, with a three-course dinner and top entertainment.
TTG Media group editor Pippa Jacks said: “It’s been incredible to see how our Top 50 scheme has gathered momentum since its launch in 2016 – and also the impact it has had on the businesses of those who have earned a place on the list.
“Registrations almost doubled between year one and two, and we’re excited to see how many more agencies and branches will want to take part in year three.”
The Top 50 agencies will be profiled on ttgmedia.com/top50, and will receive window stickers and digital logos. A brochure with consumer-friendly profiles of each of the winning agencies will also be distributed and hosted online.
