SunExpress will launch flights to Antalya from Gatwick in the spring.
The route will debut on 28 March as a three-times-weekly service.
This will grow to a daily service from 28 May.
It follows the announcement on Monday (14 December) of a Manchester-Antalya route.
This will launch as a twice-weekly service on 26 March before expanding to four-times-weekly from 30 May.
SunExpress is a Lufthansa-Turkish Airlines joint venture.
Fares are on sale now, and are available through agents and operators.
Stephen King, Gatwick’s head of airline relations, said: “Antalya has been an increasingly popular destination in recent years, with an average temperature of more than 20C between May and October.
"The addition of SunExpress’ flights is excellent news for passengers looking to book an Easter or summer break, and will also offer passengers across London and the south east even greater choice when planning holidays.
“Despite the turbulent time the aviation industry has suffered this year, slots at Gatwick remain in high demand, so it is positive news to be able to welcome SunExpress to the airport.”
