Clarke, who spent 12 days in the emirates, uses a wheelchair and has spoken through a communication aid for more than 19 years.
“Everyone I met during my trip was very understanding and disability aware. I felt welcomed into the Emirati culture and learned so much,” she said.
The trip was funded and organised by Travel Counsellors and supported by the three emirates.
It included a desert safari, sailing and a trip to the Jebel Jais viewing deck, plus visits to Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Al Hosn Fort and Dubai Fountain show.
