What happens next?
1) Download your finalist assets
Shout about being shortlisted! Your finalist assets are in a Google Drive folder ready for you to download and share on social. Make sure to use #TTGTop20Luxury and tag @TravelTradeGazette on Facebook and @ttgmedia on Instagram and LinkedIn!
2) Claim your free place
All shortlisted agencies are entitled to one free place at the evening ceremony, so start making plans! If you require additional tickets for teammates, these can be purchased here
3) Register for Luxpo (Wednesday morning & afternoon)
Shortlisted agencies are invited to enjoy one-to-one networking with some of our partners and premier suppliers ahead of the evening ceremony. Priority attendance for this exclusive event is designed to reward finalists and you get to create your own meeting schedule.
What about the judging?
Now that you’re shortlisted, you’re through to the second-stage entry process!
The next stage of judging involves the completion of a second-stage assessment form to be filled out by Friday 5 September
Finalists will then join a virtual judging call w/c 15 September with a TTG Luxury journalist and the category sponsor, where judges will ask a series of questions based on the assessment form submitted.
This informal video call will last around 30 minutes. Our team and supplier judges are really looking forward to finding out about what you have been getting up to over the last 12 months and how you and your team have provided the very best service to your customers.
**IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ**
BEFORE the judging call, you are required to answer questions via an online assessment form in as much detail as you can so our judges can get to know you and the business. We ask you finish your answers by Friday 5 September.*
Judging for all categories will take place online 15-19 September. Specific dates for each category can be found here.

How to complete your second-stage assessment form
- Follow this link to login to your account (this should be the person who originally submitted the entry)
- Head to your nominations on the left hand toolbar
- Click 'edit' on the entry you have been shortlisted for
- Complete the remaining questions from 'ABOUT YOUR AGENCY' onwards
- Save your entry! (You should see "Success!" pop up). If you are not planning to complete the form all in one go, you might like to create your answers offline first, in case of any site/IT issues either end.
