The menu

We will be serving an all-vegetarian menu to help us reduce the carbon footprint of our event. Guests can opt into a meat based main if they prefer – to do so, simply log in to your booking and amend the ’guest details’. The deadline for opting in to meat is Wednesday 22 October.

Starter: Mozzarella & Basil Arancini 
Served with smoked aubergine, piquillo peppers, sumac, and romesco purée

Main: Roasted Vegetable Wellington 
Accompanied by crispy Anna potatoes, Tenderstem broccoli, and a ruby port jus

Meat opt-in: Apple Cider–Poached Gressingham Duck 
With spiced leg croquette, butternut squash, courgette, crispy Anna potatoes, and ruby port jus

Dessert: Flaming Crème Brûlée
Filled with spiced plum and served with vanilla shortbread
