The Akra Didim Resort & Spa near Bodrum is due to open in April and will be the fourth Akra property that bears the Tui branding.
It will offer 359 rooms and receive guests year-round. Among facilities will be a Turkish hammam and wellness centre.
Separately, the Tui Blue Maviss, another new-build property with 499 rooms, will open in Belek, aimed at families and offering a Tui Kids Club.
Tui is also planning new openings in Sardinia and Spain. In Sardinia, Tui Blue Pardu is scheduled to open in May 2026.
The resort is located in the southern region of the island and will comprise 145 rooms and include a Tui Kids Club, plus tennis, a paddle court and football pitch.
Meanwhile, a refurbished property in Fuengirola on Spain's Costa del Sol will reopen in May as the Tui Blue Yaramar.
The adults-only hotel will have 225 rooms and sits on the 10km long promenade opposite the beach.
"While Tui Group continues to pursue dynamic growth in long-haul markets such as Asia, Africa and the Americas – where we are actively targeting new customer segments – Europe remains a key pillar of our business,” said Peter Krueger, Tui Group chief executive of holiday experiences.
"These new hotels in three of our guests’ favourite destinations are a welcome enhancement to our portfolio.”
Tui Hotels and Resorts’ portfolio includes more than 450 resorts worldwide. Slightly more than half are in Europe, but Tui recently signalled development in West Africa and Zanzibar, as well as in Asia, where it plans to open a new hotel near Cambodia's Angkor Wat and its first hotel in Japan.
Tui has also just signed a joint venture deal with Oman’s government to develop five hotels there, aiming to launch the country as a winter sun destination.
