The move comes after a three-year partnership with HF Holidays, the UK's largest specialist walking cooperative, which helped relaunch Traveleyes post-pandemic.
Traveleyes creates immersive travel experiences for blind travellers with sighted companions. Blind travellers find freedom in independence and discovery, while sighted travellers enjoy a more meaningful holiday experience and up to 50% off the price of their holiday.
HF Holidays played a crucial role in re-establishing Traveleyes on the holiday market. Many of HF Holidays colleagues joined trips themselves, experiencing first-hand the life-changing impact of the company's unique approach to travel.
Now fully re-established, Traveleyes is ready to operate independently once again. From today, the company will manage and release all holidays departing from October 2026 onward. HF Holidays will continue to run trips scheduled up to the end of September to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
HF Holidays CEO, Chris Simmonds, said: "It has been a privilege to help re-establish Traveleyes after the pandemic and now that it is operating successfully again, it is the right time to hand back the business so that they can take it from strength to strength.
"Being a cooperative, I know that our members will feel proud of the support that we have given to this worthwhile and meaningful travel business. HF Holidays and our members wish Amar and his team every success for the future."
Traveleyes founder, Amar Latif OBE, added: “I’m deeply grateful to HF Holidays and their team for their dedication and passion over the past three years. Their support has helped create unforgettable experiences for our travellers. Traveleyes is now ready to build on this success, and HF Holidays will always remain a close friend.”
The change will take effect from 26 September 2026.
