The role supports the Head of Travel Trade and the global Travel Trade team, helping to promote Denmark as an international holiday destination through tour operators, travel advisors, and travel trade media.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support global Travel Trade projects to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Update VisitDenmark’s Travel Trade website, CRM, and online tools
- Produce B2B content, including press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Coordinate campaigns and support global webinars about Denmark
- Assist with planning and delivery of major industry events and exhibitions (e.g. WTM London)
- Respond to travel trade enquiries and support ongoing partner communication
Profile & Skills
- Background in tourism, marketing, communications, or similar
- Highly structured, proactive, and comfortable with routine coordination tasks
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Confident working independently and in a global, virtual team environment
- Fluent English required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Desirable: Travel Trade experience, CRM experience, Scandinavian language skills, and basic design capabilities
