It highlights a number of milestones and performance metrics across the business, including its commitment to decarbonisation., while detailing the operational changes, Crew initiatives and community programmes implemented since the brand launched in 2021.

* 36% female representation across shipboard positions, compared to an industry average of just over 20%
* 97% of water used onboard in 2025 coming from the sea through onboard production systems
* 40% of domestic waste recycled
* Three of four ships already equipped for shore power connectivity
* Silicone-based hull paint technology delivering 7–8% fuel savings
* ISO 14001 certification achieved in 2025 - an internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems
* No single-use plastic water bottles onboard
* Volunteer initiatives delivered across 25 countries, with 50+ community partners, across 174 events since launch

The report also details how Virgin Voyages is embedding sustainability considerations into day-to-day operations, from working with suppliers to limiting shore excursion group sizes to reduce destination impact.
