Advantage Travel Partnership is changing its management structure to ensure it is offering the “right levels of expertise” to members.
As part of the moves, group commercial director Paula Lacey now takes on responsibility for membership in her expanded role as commercial and membership director.
While Neil Armorgie, who remains as chief executive of business travel network Win (Worldwide Independent Travel Network), will also take on the role of Advantage’s global product director.
A further move will see the promotion of Paul Nunn to operations director, which becomes a new board position at Advantage.
All of these changes take effect from November 1.
Julia Lo Bue-Said, Advantage’s managing director, told TTG: “Over the last few years we have been looking at how we can offer optimal service to members.
“We want to look at this in a holistic way. This restructure is about moving barriers and silos. We were really keen to realign some of these roles so they are operating in the right way.”
Lo Bue-Said confirmed that nobody would be leaving Advantage as a result of the changes. Advantage is also planning to create a new conference and events role, which will report to Armorgie.
The changes follow Advantage’s purchase of a majority stake in Win earlier this year.
“This further enabled the board to review how we are structured in order to deliver even greater benefit to our members, within both our leisure and business travel environments,” said Lo Bue-Said.
One of these changes will see services previously offered to UK members through Win being rebranded as Advantage Business Travel.
