GIC boosts its range on Paxos and Corfu
GIC The Villa Collection has increased the range of villas on the Greek islands of Corfu and Paxos.
The Sunvil-owned operator, formerly known as Greek Islands Club, is also offering a discount of up to £200 per week per stay for bookings of selected properties made during January.
Claire Kalatzis, programme coordinator for GIC, said: “We have been looking for new villas on these islands for some time – Paxos has always been popular. Some of the villas are refurbished and others are newly built.”
The additions in Corfu include Villa Lentzos, a three-bedroom property near the resort of Agios Gordis, plus Barbati Beach Suite, which is around 50 metres from the beach, while the two-bedroom Paleokastritsa Beach House also includes one day’s free boat hire for guests.
New properties on the Ionian island of Paxos include Villa Margarita on the west coast; Erimitis View, a one-bedroom cottage in the village of Manesatika; and Villa Hara, located amidst olive groves near Kangatika.
“We have also been refurbishing some of our own villas on Paxos by putting in pools,” Kalatzis added.
GIC also offers a concierge service that can organise personal chefs, gourmet picnics and beauty treatments, as well as booking restaurants and childcare in advance.
