P&O Cruises has put more than 400 cruises on sale – the line’s largest-ever launch of itineraries – covering summer 2021 and winter 2021/22.
Highlights of the programmes include the second year of voyages for P&O’s new ship, Iona, which launches in 2020. Iona will voyage to the Norwegian fjords in summer 2021 followed by a winter season sailing around Spain, Portugal, Canary islands, as well as a seven-night trip to Europe’s northern cities.
Meanwhile Azura will be deployed on a fly-cruise season in the Mediterranean in summer 2021, taking over from sister ship Oceana, and Ventura will be alternating between 14-night Western Med and Baltic cruises during the summer season.
Oceana will spend summer 2021 offering 12-night itineraries around Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands, as well as seven-night Southern Cruise Breaks and two-night Short Breaks.
Britannia will be operating a dedicated summer season of Western Med cruises between May and October 2021, before heading to the Caribbean in winter 2022 where it will offer 14-night trips from Barbados and seven-night itineraries from St Lucia.
Winter 2022 will see Aurora operating a World Cruise for the first time in five years with a 99-night western circumnavigation of the globe leaving Southampton on 3 January 2022.
Also during winter 2022, Arcadia will operate its first transit of the Amazon as part of a 55-night Grand Tour around the Caribbean and Central America departing Southampton on 7 January 2022.
P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow said: “The world is full of life-enriching experiences which give our guests the chance to delve deeper, to really get under the skin of a destination and explore more whilst creating life long memories.”
