Tour operator’s airline expands trade sales team by appointing Emma Holliday as national account manager for Thomas Cook Airlines UK and Condor.
Holliday, who has been working in the travel industry for 25 years, joins Thomas Cook Airlines from Leeds Bradford airport where she held the position of aviation sales manager.
She will report to Sharon Confue, head of sales UK at Thomas Cook Airlines and Condor.
Confue said: “It’s exciting times for the airline, we’re growing and have new routes such as Seattle joining this year. We are committed to investing more in our trade partners and it’s great to welcome Emma to our expanding team.”
Thomas Cook Airlines has also announced that it will be continuing in its role as headline sponsor of Manchester Pride’s The Big Weekend four-day event over the August bank holiday.
The Manchester-based airline will also be sponsoring the main stage at the event which will be renamed the Thomas Cook Airlines Stage.
