Latin Routes enhances staff benefits to fuel recruitment drive

The Kingston-based company is looking to further expand its ranks post-pandemic with new roles to fill, including more travel specialists for its sales team, an HR manager and finance manager.

Co-founder and director Martin Johnson said the company has revamped its staff benefits in a bid to attract talent, such as more annual leave and giving employees their birthday off, as well as increasing fam trip allowance to 10 days, free travel insurance and a volunteering day each year.

“We are so proud to be in the fortunate position that we have been able to build our team back to what it was before the pandemic hit. This is an incredible milestone for us, but now we’re looking to take it a step further,” said Johnson.

“We see these additions to our company benefits as a great way to reward our long-serving staff and entice the best talent into roles at Latin and Polar Routes.”
