Ski Club was established in the 1970s, while Mountain Tracks was launched in 2000 by Nick Parks.
Frank McCusker, chief executive of Ski Club, said: “The two companies will continue to operate under their respective brand names as continuity is important to all of our customers.
“Our members now have even more opportunity to experience truly unique adventures on snow.
“As we continue to grow, our philosophy remains: great experiences for our members with small group sizes and low member to guide ratios.”
Parks added: “This is a really exciting development for Mountain Tracks.
“I believe our winter programme ideally complements Ski Club Freshtracks’s and gives us the opportunity to offer our customers new adventures both in summer and winter.”
Ski Club Freshtracks provides group holidays matching skiers of a similar ability.
Mountain Tracks’ programme comprises off-piste skiing holidays, hut-to-hut ski tours, mountain and avalanche awareness training courses, and in summer, high altitude glacier trekking and alpine mountaineering.
